Shipping Policy
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing. Rates are USPS calculated, and are based on package weight, dimensions, mail service and shipping addresses.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. We hand pour the candles fresh, so please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our website or with the respective courier service.

Return & Exchange Policy
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your candles or are refunded accordingly.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, the item(s) must be in unused and undamaged condition, the item(s) must be in there originally packaging (including all tags, labels, and accessories), and personalized or customized items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunded will be issued in the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial insititution.
